Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about end of lease pest control gold coast, quoting, service scope, and local Gold Coast bookings.
Is end of lease pest control mandatory for all QLD rental properties?
If you have kept pets at the property, end of lease flea treatment is almost always mandatory under your tenancy agreement. For properties without pets, many leases still require general pest control (cockroaches and spiders) upon moving out. Check your lease agreement special terms.
Do you provide a formal receipt for my real estate agent?
We can provide a pest treatment receipt for the agreed service. Ask us about its details when you request a quote.
Should pest control be done before or after the bond clean?
Pest control should always be done LAST, after bond cleaning and carpet steam cleaning are completed. This prevents cleaning products or steam from washing away the protective pest barrier.
Can I bundle end of lease pest control with bond and carpet cleaning?
Yes! Bundling bond cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, and pest control with Wave Solution is our most popular package. It saves you money and ensures seamless coordination on handover day.
How long does the pest spray take to dry?
Interior treatments typically take 1 to 2 hours to dry completely depending on airflow and humidity. Once dry, it is completely odourless and safe.
What pests are covered in the end of lease treatment?
Our standard move-out service covers fleas (essential for pet clauses), German and American cockroaches, spiders, and silverfish across all interior zones.
What happens if my property manager fails the pest inspection?
Pest treatment does not guarantee bond return. Contact us with any concern about the treatment and we can explain the applicable service terms.
Which Gold Coast suburbs do you cover for bond pest control?
We cover all Gold Coast suburbs from Coolangatta to Coomera, including Southport, Robina, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Burleigh Heads, Palm Beach, Nerang, and Helensvale.
